The room was perfect, newly remodeled, with comfortable beds, a TV set, and climate control. the staff was efficient and outstandingly accommodating. - the hotel has an incredible location, right by supermarkets, restaurants, two Underground stops, Hyde Park, and the museums.

Its wonderful, central location was a plus. We stayed for trip and would definitely book here again.

The staff was really kind and good from my arrival up until I left. Had big windows, climate control, and a hair dryer in my double room. It was spacious and bathrooms were clean here. Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was nice. Avni Kensington Hotel in London impressed me with its welcoming and friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable from start to finish. the room was well-equipped with big windows, climate control, and a convenient hair dryer. Insufficient chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses & toasters for number of guests at breakfast. All booked and not peak season - not well catered for. Kitchen staff under stress trying to maintain turnover of limited equipment.

Geographical situation . neighborhood is nice, downsides include probably a very small shower.

This venue has a great location just a short walk from St Jude's Church and near the underground and the Royal Albert Hall.

Popular and exceptionally clean hotel, the staff is efficient and gentle. The breakfast is pretty decent with toast and fresh products and salad, lots to choose from. It offers good services. The location is fantastic and good, very close to the Gloucester Road underground station. The place to have lunch not too far from the property is Tendido Cero. Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay.

The location was very good for us – quiet, secure area, close to underground station and Imperial College that we needed. The staff was rather friendly. The room was clean and tidy. There is a kettle in the room – so tea and coffee are available any time.

We didn’t like breakfasts- very poor choice of meals, sometimes a queue – no seats or one has to wait for glasses, cups, juice etc. Hotel refused to provide us with necessary small items: adaptor, threads and needles. There was no a hotel hand-book with phone numbers in the room. The furniture seems to be poor as well- no doors in the wardrobe, no pedestals in the bedside-tables.
